Our analysis of a project includes elements of the scope, schedule, and budget from a team wide perspective. We perform leadership interviews to understand the alignment of the strategy, and with team members to assess functional area risks and team alignment. Lastly, we review the quality assurance and control procedures to identify elements for improvement and for use in our strategy.

No matter the stage of the project lifecycle, understanding the broader capabilities of the Project Management Office is paramount. The evaluation is a robust and rapid assessment of an organization’s project infrastructure focusing on quality and excellence. Discrete metrics are established for the whole or in part of a project lifecycle from concept to closeout.
